LEVEL-ART PALM BEACH

To see a world in a grain of sand
And a heaven in a wild flower,
Hold infinity in the palm of your hand
And eternity in an hour.

“I love life obscenely.”

Salvador Dali.

Why did I choose these lines to inspire you to read my article about the event called ART PALM BEACH? I write and smile because I know that my article will be understood only by those who know how to capture that very fleeting moment, which includes the aroma of coffee and admiring the art, the aesthetics of the venue itself and those of the people living in this beautiful, elegant, historical place . Every year ART PALM BEACH resembles that same Ball…, but not in the literal sense of the Ball, where everyone spins in the Waltz…? a Ball of Emotions. Art and people in luxurious clothes from the latest collections of famous designers, let us note that dressing beautifully is also a kind of art, especially in our troubled days.

Without a doubt, returning to art, you walk in the Waltz between paintings and people. An elegantly dressed lady passes by you and a trail of the aroma of her perfume, which inspired you and gave new sensations to the picture you were staring at… You stop again and freeze for a moment, studying the picture. Art is truly luxurious… And people… beautiful people, well-mannered people, there are not many of them left.

The Palm Beach generation is what I called people who love art, know how to appreciate it and the art of details in moments and simple things that many simply forget about. I see a lot of artists who are present at all the Luxurious and expensive exhibitions. It is the successful artists, those who have financial support or success in sales, and there are almost no new artists represented, no new names, no new works. I think this is precisely because of the high cost of renting space for the exhibition. Advice to aspiring artists, those who want to make their way, start with Wynwood and grow to Palm Beach.

Sometimes there was a feeling that “Renaissance” was returning to the fashion of art, combined with modern abstraction, bright colors and characters from famous works of modern films and fairy tales on canvases that flaunt in the Louvre during France. A very harmonious mixture of several eras in one canvas was chosen, which is perfect for decorating the walls of a modern office or Lobby in a Hotel. There were works by Vladimira Kush – a Russian artist born in the USA, who creates paintings in the genre of surrealism, with fantastic characters from other worlds. Bright colors, each picture is a separate story and very mysterious. Contemporary works are inspired by the works of Salvador Dali. Lively, very intriguing and exciting with its plot. A talented artist, a genius of images.

“I saw it and it sunk into my soul, and through the brush it appeared on the canvas. This is painting. And the same thing – Love.”

Salvador Dali

Many works evoked very contradictory emotions, but this is precisely their essence – to evoke emotions, the most basic essence of modern art. You don’t have to like the painting you’re looking at, but when you come to the exhibition, pay attention to each of the paintings. them and just think about it…, about your new emotions, those that it causes or not… and move on to the next one.

Learn to appreciate contemporary art and continue to be interested in it. It is the same reflection of different emotions and events of our days, a mixture of colors, and in each canvas there is something for you and only for you…. That same emotional message is the most valuable in our age, where in phones, in correspondence, in photographs of ourselves, we have forgotten what books are and we forget what a great pleasure it is to go to art exhibitions in our difficult days. People, despite the difficulties, continue to create and show their emotions on canvas, share them with us, this is worthy of respect.
