Your satisfaction with our original artwork is a #1 priority for us. However, if you are not completely happy with your new art, our return process is very easy. When you first receive your order, just save the packaging. We accept refunds and exchanges within 7 days from the time you receive an item. No returns or exchanges will be allowed on commissioned or special order artwork.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. To prevent damage during the shipping, you must use original packaging. For orders shipped within the United States, we offer complementary return shipping. For orders shipped outside of the United States, buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and any customs, brokerage fees charged upon return.

To complete your return, please send us an email to customerservice@larusgallery.com and we will send you a prepaid shipping label to put on the package. No refund will be provided, if art is returned damaged, altered, wrinkled, and not in original condition. Unless prior arrangement are made, any item that is shipped back more than 7 days after delivery will not qualify for a refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Gifts

If the original artwork was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and unfortunately, they will find out about your return.
